Translation of the tutorial to python

Hello everyone,

it seems realy challanging to find someone who is able to teach NXOpen with python. And show stuff like setting up an IDE like Pycharm an other things to get started.

How about translating the tutorials on this side to python?
That would be such an enormous help for beginners like me.

Hi,

I am not an expert in python, but I am working with Pycharm for about one year. I have good knowledge of Simcenter 3D and I am also looking for engineers to share our ideas in order to code python scripts that will make stuff easier at Simcenter 3D using NXOpen. I am currently working in the industry, but I am eager to help and be helped.

Hi, Georgios. Have you been using Pycharm to connect directly with NX Open? I'm trying to get set up there and would appreciate any basic code you have.

I've created some Python journal scripts and run then from within NX, but I'm stuck with running them from outside NX.
