Not sure where to place this, new to the Forums and just getting started.
Does anyone have an example on how to attach information to a solid body? I would like to attach the stock size, material and weight to a solid body to use for a stock list later.

I'd suggest using attributes. In interactive NX, use menu -> edit -> properties (set your selection filter to solid body), select the body, and assign the desired attributes. If you use the journal recorder while doing this, it will give you some code to work with.
