Too many failed login attempts from your IP address!

Everytime I want to login to this forum, I get the error:

Sorry, too many failed login attempts from your IP address. This IP address is temporarily blocked. Try again later or request a new password.

and I must try the "request a new password". I am wondering if you you know what might be the problem?
