what exactly they provide/do managedloader.dll,nxopen.utilities.dll while adding in references.

Go to the NX help, programmer tools then: NX Open -> NX Open Programmer's Guide -> Creating NX Open Automation -> Compiling and linking Overview; an overview of the dll files is given.
